What data we collect
Your name, phone number, email address, farm name and the content of your message — that is, whatever you enter in the request form yourself. We also store the technical context of the request: the page it was sent from and the parameters you entered in the calculator.
Why we need it
Solely to get in touch with you, prepare a quotation or take your equipment in for repair. We do not use your data for mailing lists, and we do not sell or pass it to third parties beyond the systems we use to track enquiries.
How long we keep it
Request data is kept for as long as we need it to handle your enquiry and meet our warranty obligations. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
You have the right to find out exactly what data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, and to withdraw your consent to processing. Just email us at the address above.
